Tirzepatide Mixing & Doasage

Mixing

Adding the following amount of water will give you a concentration of 0.5mg per 0.1ml or 10 units on the syringe.

• Tirzepatide 2.5mg – 0.5ml

Adding the following amount of water will give you a concentration of 1mg per 0.1ml or 10 units on the syringe.

• Tirzepatide 5mg – 0.5ml
• Tirzepatide 10mg – 1ml
• Tirzepatide 20mg – 2ml

Dosage

Weeks 1-4

Inject 2.5mg once a week

Weeks 5-8

Inject 5mg once a week

Weeks 9+

Increase your dosage by 2.5mg every 4 weeks up to a maximum of 15mg.  As your dosage increases you may find that the adverse effects are too much for you, if this happens then go back down to the previous dosage for another 4 weeks before trying the higher dosage again.

As the dosage increases you may want to half the amount of water added to make up the solution, this will mean that the actual volume that you inject would also be halved.
